A concept album about a repressed maid... or about a roaming mentally ill war vet bum who just wants to clean things, like storefronts and people's doors and cars, and but no one will let him, because he is dirty and homeless. but, keep in mind, this album is serious, and the story is a metaphor for society's treatment of the mentally ill, and the paradox of our definition of insanity... how once you're diagnosed and stigmatized, it's an impossible trap... you can never be remediated in the eyes of society... they never let you back in. they never let you clean.
